Jinqiao ferry port has this spectacular view to the Pudong area, but at the same time the opposite side of it represents more industrial, dirty, and clock-like working side of Shanghai. Great view on frequently passing ferries and numerous scooter drivers arriving to the ferry port to cross the river could make up the dynamics of our project and make it look extremely lively in contrast with the still-standing skyscrapers on the background.
