There is no reading this week, just work on your project.
Assignment:
This week you will start working on 3D printed iterations of your first project. You will have at least 3 iterations when you present your first project next week. Every time you 3D print a version of your object, you will need to introduce design changes to improve the design. This might be, a way to 3D print better, separating the model into pieces that are 3D printed or maybe to creating some connections to combine different materials. Remember! you DON’T have to 3D print the entire object.
Note that a 3D printing failure due to poor adhesion, tangled filament or running out of material are not iterations.
Assignment Due: Before next Wednesday. But no need to post on your blog, because this will be part of the documentation of the first project.
