Any student who needs a reasonable accommodation based on a diagnosed, qualified disability is required to register with NYU’s Moses Center for Students with Disabilities (CSD) for assistance. After processing the registration materials, the Moses Center communicates with NYU Shanghai about any accommodations that need to be implemented.
The registration instructions are below. All forms should be scanned and emailed to mosescsd@nyu.edu with a cc to Cara Ryan, Global Liaison, at cara.ryan@nyu.edu.
Registration Process for Accommodations:

Complete an Application for Services form here.

Gather and submit current documentation of your disability (electronic copies).

Submit a signed Authorization for Release of Information form so CSD has your permission to contact your clinician if necessary.

After you have emailed in the above, your request for accommodations will be reviewed by a Moses Center Disability Specialist.
