According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the Earth’s temperature has increased by approximately two degrees Fahrenheit. The mere two degrees increases has caused intense heat waves, rainstorms, and cyclones. Though infrastructure improvement proposals and reconciliation bills have been proposed, many fail to adopt an optimistic view on the future of the effects of global warming.
