Introduction: “The city of Napa is located in the heart of Northern California’s Napa County. With a dry climate and high winds increasing the threat of wildfires, there is a need for an updated Napa Valley disaster plan in order to prevent, mitigate, respond, and recover from wildfires in Napa Valley. This disaster plan is intended to be utilized in conjunction with the state and federal operational procedures and protocols.”
