Many people who have been vaccinated but did not receive the booster shot for COVID-19 are being admitted into hospitals for COVID-19 infections. About 1,000 people per day in the United States have been dying from COVID-19, and the unvaccinated are 11 times more at-risk of dying from the COVID-19 infection than vaccinated people.
