This has resulted in the rise of maternal mortality rates in Black women disproportionately and persistently across age and income. Patients Contracting COVID-19 From Hospitals

Older patients, aged 65 years and older, were admitted into hospitals for COVID-unrelated reasons, but left the hospitals contracting COVID-19.
