Huge shoutout to our Vice President, Cara Rubin, who presented at the American Public Health Association Conference this week in Washington, D.C.! Her research was headed up by Dr. Chris Dickey of NYU, along with other student researchers. Their project, “Assessing Resilience Adaptation Strategies for Communities Facing Climate Change in Androy, Southern Madagascar,” explores the effects of climate change, a topic closely related to IAEM.
