This paper describes my personal and professional growth of interpersonal leadership abilities. I feel confident that I have grown beyond the role that I’ve been given, not only as a mentor to my colleagues but also towards collaborative projects with physicians.
Interpersonal Leadership Abilities
Concurrently, I completed an online continuing education certificate within the NYU Leadership Initiative series at the university. It encouraged me to continue to collaborate in group projects. Earning this certificate provided me with a sense of belonging: knowing that I can reach out to the NYU community as a resource, even after I graduate. See the certificate below:
