Tracy Pridgen
Tracy Pridgen is an industry practitioner, serving in an advisory capacity as a subject-matter expert affiliated with RiskEcon® Lab for Decision Metrics @ Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences NYU, supporting academic research of use-case application development and analysis of credit-related benchmark analytics in relevant domains. He participates by contributing his professional experience and relevant industry background.
Tracy is currently a Senior Director in Ratings Risk Review at S&P Global Ratings. He has over 25 years of industry experience in credit analytics and markets, predominantly within structured finance. He has worked at various firms including Ambac Assurance Corporation as a Managing Director of Portfolio Risk Management during its remediation, The Clearing Corporation (where he assisted during the financial crisis in the development of the first active clearing house for Credit Default Swaps), Rabobank, FGIC, Fitch Ratings and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he performed project return analyses within the office of the CFO. Tracy holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Brown University.
