Press: High School Senior Alexa Shaw wins State Science Competition

At this year’s Upstate Junior Science and Humanities Symposium, Alexa Shaw, a senior at Ossining High School in Ossining, NY won first overall for her research about reducing anxiety in adolescence using virtual reality and exercise. She received mentorship from Dr Anat Lubetzky along the way, and our lab could not be more happy for her or speak higher for what Alexa will achieve.
