I am a first-year graduate student enrolled in Cognition & Perception NYU doctoral program. I obtained an MSc in Cognitive Science at the University of Trento, Italy. I did an internship at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics (Nijmegen, NL) in the Cultural Brain Group (https://culturalbrain.org/) where I planned, conducted and analyzed an EEG study aimed to distinguish integration and prediction accounts of ERP N400 modulations in language processing through experimental design and an EEG study investigating the neural correlates of tonal expectancies violations in musicians and non-musicians. I also did an internship at Bruno Kessler Foundation (Trento, IT) in the Neuroinformatics lab (https://nilab.fbk.eu/) where I collected and analyzed data for an MEG study aimed at decoding endogenous imaginative brain activity through the spatial covariance of the MEG signal.
