Adaptive Hanbok

The adaptive hanbok I created with my sister was a special experience that allowed me to tie in the skills I obtained throughout the course of my doctoral coursework with my cultural roots. This project was established to exemplify occupational therapy’s role in the design process of adaptive apparel, produce a product addressing stigma with disability in Asian cultures, and to show affordable ways to modify or create adaptive wear.
