In this assignment, we made a pixel-style wave. We strung several acrylic boards with the rubber band and put them into a transparent acrylic box. Under it, we used linear actuators to force the acrylic boards to move up and down to form the wave. We also put a neopixel in a wooden box under the acrylic one to produce the light.
In the experience, we tried to use the wooden pieces to form the wave. However, the light only shows from the bottom instead of the gaps between different pieces. So we change the wooden boards to acrylic boards.
