#Blog 7: Memory Soundscape Proposal

The memory I want to mimic with the sound is the period of time when I went back home alone after the exciting yet noisy gettogether with my best friends. It was a winter night. My friends and I were in a bar full of people. We were a little buzzed, laughing, and trying to hear each other clearly in this noisy environment. It was time to leave, we opened the door of the bar and said goodbye to each other before heading home in the cold winter air. I walked in a hurry to resist the coldness and to catch the bus. I went on the bus and my mind went blank as I stare outside of the window. Finally, I arrived at my home and threw myself into the sofa.

I will record background noise of the bar at some restaurant or actual bar. I will use the fraction of the cloth to mimic my walking movement. And the bus starting sound and buzzing to show the way home. And probably I won’t use a lot of additional sound to show that I am at home. Just small background noise would be enough.
