My Memory for Memory Soundscape
Memory Soundscape
Taking exams seems to be the shared experience of every student. When taking exams, everyone including teachers and students is required to be silent. However, there is no absolute silence in the real world. There are actually all kinds of sounds during the exams. I would like to use sounds to record the memory of my school life.
Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock. The second hand of my watch keeps moving on my desk. I am so nervous that my heart is beating. Suddenly, the bell hanging on the wall in front of the class. The wind is blowing outside the window but no one notices it. The invigilator walks back and forth around the classroom. I was struggling to solve a problem, poking a pen on the table several times. The student beside me quickly turned a page, making a loud notice. But I have only finished half of the first page. I am even more nervous and my heart is beating faster and faster. At the same time, two students in the back row of the classroom are secretly and carefully whispering. The teacher’s steps become closer and the communications suddenly stoped. Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock. The second hand of my watch is still moving.
