Building the circuit
With the help of past experience, the arduino circuit was quickly set up as the first step.
Finding the video
I wanted to practice some of the video editing functions, so I went back to review the slides, and figured out how to control the speed of my selected video: getting a covid test. This step went smoothly.
Setting up the code and connecting to Arduino
I had a few stepping stones on this step. I could not figure out how to connect the circuit to the video, so after connecting sending the information from Arduino to Processing, I referred to some help from classmates. I tried different codes and edits on Processing to make my video and circuit connect, but I failed temporarily. My choice was to connect the potentiometer to the video, and have it control the speed. With the help from Isa, I was able to have the code working. Through this step, I learned how to connect the circuit to processing, which will be great help to my final project.
Final outcome!
