Sound Visualization

This is my first entry and it mainly describes my first impressions of the song. It depicts a rising sensation, like the bubbles in a beer and the friction of a guitar plectrum pounding harmoniously. These little bubbles are irregular but interconnected, and I applied the principle of closure to combine them into a whole. From another perspective, the base structure of this image is a cell, but I removed all the cellular elements such as the nucleus cytoplasm and embedded the text as a part of it.The irregularities and conflicting extrusions of the various components of the cell reflect the sense of collision and disorientation between the beats of the song.

This is my second piece, and for this one I focused mainly on the sense of atmosphere that the song gave me. The song as a whole gives me a feeling of disorientation, brokenness and colliding connections, so I used lines to connect the letters. But in order to show the difference in the tightness of the connections, I modified the color of each line to reflect this difference. I used the principle of continuity to construct a flat interlocking vertical and horizontal because I wanted the visual audience to feel an ethereal connection. I inserted white squares at some of the points of contact to break the connection and achieve a degree of disruption. Because the melody of the song has always had abrupt snare drums that disrupt the harmony, but I think this is a contrasting aesthetic.

This is my third piece, and I focused on the overall meaning and atmosphere of the song. The circle in the middle represents the earth, and I used the principle of proximity to surround the letters and the earth tightly in order to give the visual audience a sense of oppression. This time I stepped out of the flat frame and wanted to express a three-dimensional feeling. The difference in the size of the letters expresses the apparent calmness of the song, but in fact the darkness of the feelings. The song commemorates the friendship between friends that is no longer the same, and I used flat graphics to express the entanglement and – pain. The interlocking of each letter gives a feeling of friction and impact, which is the contradiction and also the main idea of the song.

His Way

It’s a way
The way of the cycle
Can’t see the day
Gradually forget how to control
To be uncontrolled
A way to destroy
The ultimate in perfection
Slowly disappearing when you get used to it
He is enjoying himself
Slow self-appreciation
He is enjoying himself
Slow self-appreciation
It’s a way
A circular way
Can’t see the light of day
Gradually forgetting how to control
Drug cutoff
The way of destruction
Perfectly extreme
Slowly fading as you get used to it
He is enjoying himself
Slow self-appreciation
He is enjoying himself
Slow Self-appreciation
He’s enjoying himself
He’s enjoying himself
