For my preproduction, I first need to do some research about the dance genre I have chosen. While I was looking at documentary films online, I had a talk with my invited dancer – Claire Yang. She told me her understanding of this Dai Dance.
I won’t need many props except for maybe a hat to help me maintain the position of the hand of my dancer. For others, maybe just a music player. Besides, I may need to learn hand tracking for my project.
Besides, I did some color trial of my scenes.
