III.  Concept | Storyline:

       1). Who are you going to interview? Or What is the piece (article, poem, story) for the narrative voice over?  

Interview construction worker in the city – for voice over(the interviewee won’t appear in the film)

 

       2). What’s the story about?  

There are construction sites everywhere in the city, what do we think about when we encounter those sites? What about those people there?

 

       3). Which part of the story are you going to focus on? 

The story starts with gazing at the construction site, and then moves the focus to people’s experience, feelings and thoughts.

 

       4). What kind of style/aesthetics are you going to pursue?

realistic(maybe), non-narrative

   

1. Execution Plan: 

       1). What equipment are you going to use when shooting the movie? (cell phone, DSLR camera, sound recorder, stabilizer..)

Camera, mobile phone, sound recorder

       2). Which locations will it be shot at? When is it? Day time/night/unknown? Why?

        Construction sites

                    Daytime and nighttime when the workers are off-shift for the interview.

  Working hours(both day and night?) for working scenes

 

       3). What are some challenges you might encounter and how will you prepare?

Might be hard to conduct the interview as an outsider.

Need to prepare for the interview questions.
