Notes of reading

The aliens have totally separate writing system and speaking system. They convey their meanings efficiently as they clearly know what their aim is before speaking out or writing down. So their oral languages are quite different from humans but are expressed with clear meanings. And their writing language system is semasiographic.

We humans have faces and when we’re talking there’s an exact point you can look at. This may be why we have to experience the hard process before reaching the mutual understanding and the final outcome. In contrast, the aliens don’t have faces. Probably it’s just because of this that they don’t do the things that they know the outcome will be bad. So they communicate in an easier and more direct way.
