I. Food Menu — Shanghai Style
This is a menu that highly represents my hometown — Shanghai, which displays the characteristics of diversity and Inclusion. In common people’s eye, Generally speaking, when people think of Shanghai cuisine, they think of famous Shanghai dishes like a shredded eel in oil that I put in the part of “Shanghai” in the menu. In addition to local Shanghainese cuisine, Shanghai also encompasses the cuisine of all of China, such as Sichuan cuisine, etc., and I put them in the part of “China” in Shanghai. Last but not least, we can also taste the world’s cuisines in Shanghai, and they are in the part of the “world” in Shanghai.
