Title of Music: Dreams Come True (instrumental) ; Artist: Aespa

My concept for this work is mainly based on the song I chose. I tried my best to create the work that goes with the music the most. This work’s main theme and the song itself play around the theme of dimension, universal, symmetrical, mysterious, and exotic rhythm. When I heard the song, I quickly came up with the idea of making a symmetrical sphere and circle and creating some dimensional effect for it. But not only just a simple alone circles and spheres. I also came up with the idea of putting significant, bold characters in the middle of the work as a main focal point to capture more eyes and attention from the audience to be in the middle before looking out for something else.

I was talking about the process and some ideas behind this work. I created some values and dimensions using proximity and similarity principles to achieve something higher than just a 2D work poster. However, although it might not look like it’s the best, in my opinion, I feel like when audiences are looking at my work while listening to my chosen music, they probably could see or imagine that those circles, orbits, and spheres are rotating and moving around the letters that are in the middle center of the dimensional spheres/circles.

Lastly, if I had more time, I would improve my project on the composition aspect of the work. If possible, I’d like to add a more exotic kind of design to fill the page, reduce some more of the blank space, and change the composition of the leading art itself. I would like to change the position of the main work to somewhere else and test it out some more. However, I’ll still have a chance to improve it, so I will probably continue some of my work to be better at it.
