HYPERSOMNIAC

Personally, I think the success of this artifact was that it was interactive enough, and I think ours was one of the most interactive ones out of the rest of the group. Also, our performance was very comedic, although that was not the success of the artifact itself. But I think we were lacking in thinking about the value of the artwork itself. Because the professor raised several questions about who has the right to access the data, how it is stored, how it is used, and so on. Although we didn’t use the ideas we had in step 2, we came up with a new idea for one of the environments, situations, or universes of the stories. Although we presented how to solve the problem of sleeping under the pressure of academics, the idea of this gate can be applied to science fiction in step 2. If applied to the first story, the gate could help parents control their children’s emotions. In the third story, this gate could check everyone’s physical condition, including whether they are infected, the extent of the infection, etc.

Before we began our performance. Audrey took the picture, so that’s why she isn’t in the photo.

I think our artifacts clearly show the detailed interaction of the artifacts. This gate will give you the answer that best suits your preferences. If I were to make changes, I would like to make this gate even better.

At this point, our representation of this gate is fairly basic, utilizing just a couple of cardboard pieces. However, I’ve got grander aspirations in mind—I want to take this gate to the next level by infusing it with a broader spectrum of materials and incorporating eye-catching decorations to make it truly stand out. It’s not just about aesthetics, though; I aim to enhance its functionality, making it not just a static object but an interactive and thought-provoking experience for anyone who encounters it.

Given the opportunity, I would like to write a script that more closely fits the three sci-fi stories. This script would serve as the gateway story, collecting and combing sci-fi elements, characters, and settings from three stories. Maybe I could make the script into three scenarios and provide a possible solution for each story with the help of the optimized artifact.

Moreover, I’m eager to venture deeper into the examination of the potential societal repercussions brought about by this artifact. It’s not just about scratching the surface; I want to delve into the intricacies of how this gate could shape our world. That means considering not only the positive impacts it might have but also the potential challenges and negative consequences it could pose to our society. This holistic exploration will offer a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted nature of the gate’s influence.
