For the update of my prototype I decided to use the toilet paper roll as the hair roller portion and then instead of having the hair comb slide out I decided to make a slot for it and then on the back I will have another slot for small hair ties or bobby pins. Instead of having it in the center I decided to move it to the side for a more snug fit and then I used a sock and taped it around one side so that I can flip it out to keep it clean.
