“Export Controls Emerging Trends”
This session provided a very brief refresher on export controls before diving into the latest changes in this complex regulatory space. The presenters also discussed how foundational and emerging technologies complicate the classification process, as well as discussing how geopolitical tensions around the world are placing a renewed emphasis on these administrative regulations.
