“How to Navigate Between Management and Leadership at a University”
The terms “leadership” and “management” are often used interchangeably. This session explored the interplay between leadership and management. Presenters will contrast the two disciplines and discuss significantly different activities associated with each, as well as share real experiences of the intersection between leadership and management.
