The Latest PragueCast Episode: All About Stress

On Friday, April 7th, the NYU PragueCast team released their latest episode of the podcast! Titled “Stress”, the 18-minute audio piece is an exploration into how mental pressure exists in Prague. It features a number of diverse voices, as the team members interviewed locals and experts in the field to better understand stress.

In the episode, you will hear Czech second graders speak about the things that make them happy (broccoli!) and their innocent advice for stressed out students. You’ll hear from an expert psychologist on the biological reasons behind stress and get tips from a yoga instructor on quick, tension-relieving exercises. You will hear from the joggers and golfers of Prague, who chatted with PragueCasters on why they do physical exercise.

NYU students Oleh Tsymbal, Pasha Toub, Anna Kozachuk, Rhea Balasubramanian, and Meghana Kakubal had a great time learning more about the city they are studying in while putting this podcast episode together. You can listen to it on Soundcloud and learn more about the behind the scenes on our social media: Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Twitter
