Always contact GeoBlue prior to going to any hospital (or on the way) for Guarantee of Payment (GOP)!

When you get to the hospital:

  • go to the Foreigners Reception (Cizinecké oddělení) – open from Mo – Sun 7 am – 7 pm
  • after these hours go directly to the ER (urgentní příjem)
  • fill out a respective form with your contact details
  • if you have GOP from GeoBlue, you should not pay anything
  • if you are requested to pay a deposit for any treatment, the foreigners reception will return the money to you later

Nemocnice Na Homolce Hospital

  • a smaller hospital with good care
  • accepts GeoBlue
  • you may pay a deposit during evenings and over weekends

  • go to the Foreign Reception – open from Mo – Fri 7 am – 5:30 pm
  • after these hours go to the main reception (Informace – centrální kartotéka)
  • you may have to pay a deposit which you will get back from the Foreign Reception later if you have GOP from GeoBlue
