Description
Český Krumlov is one of the most enchanting and fairytale-like cities in the Czech Republic and, after Prague, our second most visited tourist attraction. The architecture in the historic centre has remained largely intact. It is an excellent example of an old Central European town. In contrast to the fate of many such towns, Český Krumlov evolved peacefully and managed to preserve its heritage and atmosphere. There are many breathtaking views of the town and the winding Vltava river.
On Friday, you will have a chance to meet a group of local students who will show you around their town. The next day, we will explore the unique Baroque Theater (the only one of this kind in Europe) and see more of this charming town. You can also enjoy your lunch in one of the local pubs and try some typical Czech dishes.
