Description

Antonín Dvořák (8 September 1841 – 1 May 1904) is one of the most famous Czech composers. You may have heard his New World Symphony, which was inspired by his stay in the United States. He was born in the small town of Nelahozeves not far from Prague and spent the first 12 years of his life there. As a tribute, the town holds an annual festival commemorating his life and ouvre close to his birthday.

We will spend the weekend in this beautiful small town, learning more about his life and oeuvre as well as getting to know each other and making new friends!
