StuCo

What is StuCo?

The NYU Prague Student Council (StuCo) is a students’ self-governance representative body, which initiates and coordinates student activities and acts as liaison between the students and NYU Prague. It consists of student representatives with an RA assisting them. Members attend weekly or by-weekly meetings to discuss and organize co-curricular events. The meetings should be announced in advance and any student can participate at any time. Students from various schools are encouraged to get involved, so that balanced representation of the student body is secured.

StuCo activities may focus on community building, connecting with locals, charity and any other fun activities (culture, sports etc…). StuCo may also be in charge of organizing a farewell event

StuCo is encouraged to partner with other student leaders and the RAs who also organize regular events and such partnership could be beneficial.

Student representatives (such as Wasserman Global Peer, Site Ambassador, Global Equity Fellow, Social Media Representative etc.) are encouraged to be a part of StuCo.
