Description
Kutná Hora is a city approx. 1.5 hours by train east of Prague known for its beautiful medieval architecture with its dominant being the gothic St. Barbara’s Cathedral. In the past, it used to be the centre of silver mining in Bohemia and it is currently the third most popular tourist destination in the Czech Republic after Prague and Český Krumlov.
On this trip we will also visit the unique and eerie ossuary (bone church) in Sedlec, a nearby town. We will also visit the Czech Museum of Silver and other sites of interest.
