On 8th of April Romani people all over the world celebrate their special holiday: International Day of Roma. Romani people are a marginalised group living mainly in Europe (about 12 million) facing discrimination and racism on a daily basis. This annual festive event brings awareness to this community. We will see a concert by a famous local Roma band. Before the event we will talk about the Roma community, its history and current challenges.
