The days of going out to the gym or meeting up for a yoga class are on hold, but fitness experts say that shouldn’t be an excuse to sit home and do nothing. Not only does working out help you stay in shape but it also helps keep calm and sane. So when these crazy times are finally over you will step out of your house a new person. And that is worth trying, right?
YouTube fitness channels are the new workout DVD. The videos are free to watch, easily to pull up any place with a Wi-Fi connection and they offer a huge variety of exercises from aerobics and pilates to bootcamp and boxing. No matter your fitness goals, you’ll be able to find something on YouTube to help you get there.
Since YouTube is like a jungle and it is easy to get lost, we created and personally tested this list of the best workout videos:

This list could not start with anybody else than Casey Ho’s Blogilates. This widely popular channel focuses on POP Pilates, PIIT28 and Bootcamp Sculpting. If you have no clue what those are, don’t worry. You don’t need to understand it to enjoy these workouts. Casey will make you sweat and with her words of support, you will even like it!
