La escudilla
La Escudilla is located in the Chamberí district, next to the Beth Yaacov synagogue. This establishment offers cuisine based on Sephardic recipes and Glatt Kosher meats. The roots of their cuisine are Sephardic and North African. All products of both the butchery and the restaurant have passed the strict controls of the Rabbi of Madrid.

Al Mounia
It is one of the most experienced Moroccan restaurants in the capital. Traditional Arabic cuisine which gives you one of the best couscous in Madrid, with semolina steamed in a unique broth with ginger and saffron. Other specialties are the pastella, roasted Berber and desserts, such as the traditional cakes or Ceffa (a sweet cous-cous).
