Coming from a phonetics and phonology background, I have previously worked on flapping in British English and consonant harmony in both child and adult language. Current projects include studies of neural processing of German phonemic categories and neural responses to unfamiliar vowel sounds, and I am also looking to investigate the neural basis of speech production and articulation.
