If you intend to use the DIY kit with the MOBILIZE app, it’s important to create large, clear labels like those in the original kit. You will not want to waste time searching for what you need in an emergency.

Additionally, consider including a face mask, a whistle (to signal your location), and a butane lighter or matches. My kit also contains tweezers and an extra tourniquet.
