The GreenHouse is a student-run space dedicated to ideation, light prototyping and collaboration. It provides flexible work and meeting space, and serves the NYU community in the heart of Brooklyn’s Tech Triangle, 6 MetroTech Center at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Housed in the new MakerSpace, the GreenHouse is a blank slate for creative thinkers with occasional talks, skill shares, and opportunities to meet with professionals from the School of Engineering’s incubators and industry. The GreenHouse is designed and run by NYU students trained in facilitating the creative process along with Associate Professor Anne-Laure Fayard

The GreenHouse, in collaboration with NYU Entrepreneurial Institute, offers the NYU Prototyping Fund in the Fall and Spring Semesters.
The GreenHouse programming is sponsored by a VentureWell grant received the support of the Technology Management and Innovation Department at NYU Tandon. The GreenHouse guardians are supported by NYU Tandon Graduate Center.

Come to the space any time to ideate, collaborate and prototype.

If you are a student club leader, talk to a GreenHouse guardian or the MakerSpace Manager to reserve the space for events.
