Yilang Hao (郝一郎)
Yilang Hao commenced his PhD study at NYU Shanghai in the fall of 2019, following the completion of dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Yilang’s research is primarily focused on truck platooning, transportation network modeling, heuristic design, and the application of convex, linear, and mixed-integer optimization techniques to practical transportation challenges.
