Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is scheduled to be unavailable this coming Monday, July 11th, starting at 9:30 a.m. EST, as our team works to migrate our server and upgrade our version of ILLiad.
Patrons will not be able to view their ILL accounts, log in to place requests, or access their electronic articles while the migration and upgrade are underway. Because the data on the server will be unavailable to staff as well, we will also be unable to answer patron questions about their accounts or prior requests until service is restored.
Patrons should expect the system to be unavailable throughout the day. If you need to place a book request, you can still use our E-ZBorrow system. If the materials you are looking for are only available via Interlibrary Loan, you can contact the ILL team by emailing email@example.com, or by calling (212) 998-2511. Please note, while ILL staff members will be able to take requests by email or phone, they will not be able to place the requests until the system comes back up.
