Mission Statement
Leadership Bridges Institute (LBI) is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a nonstock corporation. LBI is registered with the federal government under a UEI and CAGE Code and is also registered with the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce. We operate in full compliance with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) and are structured to qualify for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, exclusively dedicated to charitable and educational purposes as defined under the Internal Revenue Code.
Our mission is to foster global citizenship, personal resilience, and purposeful innovation through inclusive education, reflective tools, and collaborative partnerships.
From youth to adults—including intergenerational and legacy-centered growth—Leadership Bridges Institute empowers individuals to lead with integrity, empathy, and vision in an increasingly complex world.

Governance and Public Benefit
As a nonstock entity, the Institute has no shareholders. All programs, intellectual property, and resources are mission-driven and guided by a board of directors dedicated to transparency, accountability, and measurable impact. Every initiative is rooted in our commitment to the public good and long-term systemic change.
