Lab Philosophy – Jonesy Lab

Just like RNA, Jonesy lab is conformationally dynamic: we all come from various backgrounds with a depth of unique expertise, knowledge, and interests. We are committed to creating and upholding a welcoming, accepting, respectful, communicative, and positive lab environment. Some ideals we abide by include:

Upholding a welcoming lab culture to foster communication between all lab members to ensure all voices are heard and respected.
Providing access to the necessary resources, training, and mentorship to all members of the lab to ensure scientific success, creativity, and adventures.
