Narrative and Motion Graphics

Although it was suggested our narrative and motion video assignment should be about food, I wanted to explore an employee development topic and experiment with how I could blend it with narrative elements. I used material I’ve previously delivered as part of an in-person, interactive training session on fearless feedback, and condensed it to a short(er) 7-minute long video with on-screen graphics. While I think my final video does a good job of introducing the topic of feedback, there are still several aspects I chose to omit due to video length, feasibility, and production time. I think this asynchronous video on feedback would best serve as a primer for in-person training or a more thorough online employee development course.
