    It looks like someone is speaking (mouth character) with a crown on their head. So they are in charge of something, representing the capital.

    I can remember the sound as Jing because the character looks like a bell, which jingles.

    The symbol reminds me of an ATM Machine and someone in front of it withdrawing money. So, it’s “capital”.

    The roof character and mouth character in combination look like a palace, and three lines under look like road or river that leads it way to the city.

    The character looks like a map pin with a roof on top, meaning that it is a really important location on a map.
