Important Dates
Congratulations Graduating Students!!
For the Fall 2025, those participating in the Showcase are expected to adhere to the requirements. Failure to do so may result in your project’s removal from the showcase and website.
IDM Showcase 2023 Student Projects
Deadline for Required Fields*[ Adding your name; project title; type of project] is Friday, October 3rd, 2025 11:59PM.
Deadline for Images/Final Project Title/ Artist Statement for Publicity is Wednesday, October 28th, 2025 at 11:59PM.
Deadline for Website Address for inclusion in the show and website Wednesday, October 28th, 2025 at 11:59PM.
Deadline to Edit/ Complete the form is Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 at 11:59PM.
Deadline to remove projects from 325 storage: Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 5pm
These are hard deadlines to assure that your project can be given a proper location, and your information included on the website.
Class Visits
For those who are teaching Pre-Thesis, this is COMPLETELY Optional.
Class Visit Times: 8am- 10pm
Project Meetings & Communication:
For the Showcase you have the option to request a one-on-one meeting in preparation of your project.
Any questions or concerns pertaining to this policy may be directed to idmtech@nyu.edu.
Installation
This year, we will not have access to all the spaces that we have has in previous years; we are down 8 spaces. Because of this, it is imperative for you to inform me of your desire to have an installation as soon as possible. If you are unable to sign-up by the deadline, you will not be given a catered space.
As of today, the Showcase Schedule is as follows:
