🎟️ Registration required. Open only to IDM students.
Join us for a hands-on workshop on how to photograph your own projects using tools from the IDM Equipment Room. We’ll cover camera basics, lighting tips, and strategies for showing your work at its best.
No prior photography or lighting knowledge is required. All equipment will be provided. Bring your own prototypes or finished pieces to document!

Thanksgiving Break Closure
The Design Lab, Equipment Room, and Print Services will be closed from Thursday, November 27 to Friday, November 28, for the Thanksgiving break.
All spaces will reopen on Monday, December 1 and resume the regular schedule.
Please plan your lab visits, equipment needs, and print requests accordingly.

IDM Laser Cutter Temporarily
Out of Service
The laser cutter in the IDM Design Lab is currently out of service. We’re actively working on getting it back up and running as soon as possible and will keep you posted on any updates.

Last Day of Full Length Equipment Loans
- December 5, 2025: After this date, all equipment will be due back no later than December 10, 2025.

IDM Tech Trainings
All students must complete the IDM Tech Basic training before accessing resources from the Design Lab, Print Services, or Equipment Room.
