Did Imelda and Ferdinand ever fund the construction of affordable housing in the Philippines? How many jobs did the construction of the shrine create? Property in New York became inexpensive after 1984 before 1996 and the Marcoses did steal that money to buy up New York. She had the mind of a technocrat and a politician. Tech plus pol equals elected then diposed leader.
