Maisha Ahmad

Maisha Ahmad is an undergraduate student in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at New York University. She is also pursuing a minor in Public Heath from the School of Global Public Health at NYU. Maisha’s primary research interest revolves around systems biology and gas hydrate science for applications in energy and sustainability. As a student leader, Maisha is involved with American Institute of Chemical Engineers and Society of Women Engineers on campus. She is passionate about increasing diversity in STEM and making science accessible to all.
