Cleanroom and Nanofabrication Facilities

NYU maintains a cleanroom and nanofabrication facility across the hallway from the Hartman Research Laboratory where microsystems may be fabricated. Multiple Class 100 cleanrooms with nanofabrication equipment necessary to conduct similar research are in proximity to the laboratory:
